Double-sided Tape Coating Machine
Application: Suitable for coating foam type double-sided tape, water based coating glue application.Feature
1. Siemens PLC control system with touch panel operation.
2. Double-station unwinding. Manual/ automatic splicing.
3. Set auto adjustment of coating thickness via touch panel.
4. Separate tension control in closed loop, with more stable production tension.
5. Arched oven design (conveyor belt/guide roller). Independent and precise temperature control for partitioned area.
6. Side top opening type of oven, easy for operation and cleaning.
7. Web guide control by servo motor, with smooth rewinding.
8. Major rewinding & peel off rewinding are double-station rewinding type.
