DPR300 Double Sprocket Roller Conveyor / Sprocket Roller Conveyor


Roller conveyor is composed of roller section, drive unit , chain, support etc. Under slung mounted motor drives above two rollers through chain, these two rollers will separately drive front and back rollers.
Product features

4. used in indoor pallet conveying
Drive
Standard conveyor is equipped with high quality reducer motor. Configuration position, output revolution and power etc of reducer motor are determined by working condition. Motor power depends on loading, conveyor speed and length etc. Common motor power can be 0.25, 0.37, 0.55, 0.75, 1.1, 1.5, 2.2 kw.
Specifications
Common length range: 1000~6000mm
Effective widths depend on goods size series;
Roller
Roller with high quality bearing can rotate smoothly, small resistance, low noise, long service life and galvanization treatment on roller surface.
Support
Adjustable foot is mounted at the bottom for height adjustment within the range of ±30mm.
Distance between supports is determined by working condition.
Speed
Normal speed can be 12, 16, 18m/min, maximum speed can be 20m/min.
Safety
There are guards for drive part of drive unit and roller sprocket. Put caution label on the places wherever injuries may take
place to remind and avoid accidents.
