Machine Information:
This bag making machine is suitable to use different kinds of laminated (Compounded) film to make three side sealing bags. 1. The whole machine controlled by import PLC control system with Human Machine Interface. More stable performance, easy for operation and maintenance. Chinese and English interface language can be shifted easily. 2. Constant auto-tension control for unwinding, LPC edge collecting, AC inverter constant speed control material auto feeding. 3. Material dragging use double Imported servo-motor system to control. 4. Up-down sealing and pressing use AC inverter driver 5. Sealing temperature adjusting by PID, non-touch auto control, setting on Human Machine Interface 6. Automatic Multi-function Pneumatic punching device, auto Edge material cutting and Recover, use static eliminator 7. Temperature adjustment range: 0-300º C 8. Auto Counting, pre-set on computer is available. 9. Auto length fixed, Photoelectric-eye tracking system. 10. Punching device: Set continuous, interval, stop, stamping time can be preset 11. Material Skip Feeding: Two to six times available. 12. Batch Conveying, batch quantity can be preset.
