Application
welding robot workstation smoke control, large-scale laser cutting machine, plasma laser cutting machine dust removal, mostly used for the collection and management of floating and suspended dust with a large amount of dust, which can be concentrated in single or multiple positions.

1 Vertical floor standing design for saving installation space.
2. Centrifugal fan with advantages of large air volume, low noise, and stable performance.
3. Electrical appliances improves overall safety and stability, with phase sequence and overheating and overload protection functions.
4. PTFE membrane HEPA cartridge filters with a filtration efficiency of 0.3 microns.
5. The built-in pulse cleaning system can set the pulse cleaning time interval according to the working conditions.
6. Equipped with a pressure gauge to measure pressure of the machine during operation.
7. The machine has a built-in air duct and wind speed reduction design. After dust is inhaled, it can form dust inside the machine, reducing the burden on the filter.
8. Configured with local and Remote modes. The remote linkage function can be applied to turn on/off the equipment with other machine.
9. The oil-water separator can filter impurities in the compressed air and protect the regular operation of the pulse system.
10. Pull-out dust tray is convenient for dumping garbage.
11. Cabinet is 2.0mm in thickness and after spraying and high-temperature baking, the paint will not fall off and rust.
12. The machine has a double-layer seal and dust-proof design with excellent sealing performance.
