Drive pulley is the drive element for belt conveyors in bulk handing applications.
Drive pulley have the shaft assembled by friction Ring lock units. Up to now this is the most used and reliable solution, granting strength, perfect centering, reliability and possibility of eventual future disassembly.
Drive pulley are designed according to customer's requests.

Diameter:
Standard: 220 to 1000mm

Shell:
Material: Q235
Shell length up to 2600mm
Crowned or cylindrical shell

Shaft:
Material: 45# Steel
Fixed by self centering clamping units with Ring Lock or Key

Bearings:
Pillow blocks (SN,DTII,UCP….)
Cylindrical roller bearing
Sealing system according to the application

Rubber Lagging
Hot Vulcanized rubber lagging(Smooth, Diamond pattern or Herringbone pattern )
