The beer yeast dryer is a kind of dryer machine that uses steam to dry the material by indirect heating with high heat utilization and low energy consumption. It is especially suitable for the recycling of brewery yeast. The control of the temperature is the core technology, which avoids killing the beneficial ingredients in the yeast. The yeast dryer of our company is divided into single-cylinder type and double-cylinder type, which can meet the needs of breweries of different scales. This dryer is suitable for drying liquid raw material or sticky material in chemical industry, dyestuff industry, pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry, and metallurgy industry, etc.
Working Principle of Yeast Dryer
The preheated slurry is put into the preheating tank, preheated to about 50ºC. Then It is fed into the dipping tank with a feed pump. With The cylinder immersed in about 60-80mm, the outer surface of the rotating cylinder is coated with a layer of slurry evenly. the steam pressure in the dryer is 0.15-0.3Mpa, then the dry material is scraped off by the scraper, falls to the discharge port for collection.

5. High drying rate: due to the thin film and the consistent direction of heat and mass transfer, the vaporization intensity of 30-70kg · H20 (M2 · h) can be maintained on the film surface
