DS-518 Multi-function Latex Spraying Machine for shoe
This machine is applicable for spraying atomized latex or water-based glue onto upper, lining and
insole.
The spraying gun is of Germany origin, the spraying area and amount are adjustable to save glue
consumption.
The uniquely designed air suction device may centrally collect the flying misty spray to reduce
environment pollution and improve working conditions.
After the work finishes, the double-tank design ensure the spraying gun and pipes can be washed
with the water inside the tanks separately, which helps to avoid blocking the spraying gun or the
pipes.

1.Brief Introduction
The machine is composed of drag spray gun and pressure barrel made of special materials, and used for spray coating of water soluble glue or white glue. Spray gun is hung under adjustable balance pendant so as to adding its flexibility. Spray gun may be manually triggered. Spray range and glue quantity are adjustable as required.
Features:
The machine ensures high speed and carefulness of glue coating instead of manual brush coating or solvent glue coating. Therefore, it is obviously improved in working efficiency, procedure processing, cleanliness, evenness, glue saving, and air pollution reduction.
Applicable for shoemaking and leather processing, e.g. glue spraying of lining, vamp and cuff, sticking of the fittings of vamp or handbags for stitching, and gluing of others such as leather belts or accouterment and buckle before edgefolding.
Applicable for different fields, e.g. the gluing of carton and compartment board inside the box, and the spray coating of water soluble paint, water soluble printing ink and mixed water soluble ingredients.
Gluing and sticking by using the spray gun and water soluble glue, instead of solvent coating, ensure the health of operators and neatness of working site.
