Pump should be fixed with 4 foot screws ,right in the place with suitable temperature, less dust, facilitate inspection, maintenance and adding lubricants.
Tank should be kept clean, forbidden dirt go into the tank.
Adjustment
Pump should be adjusted before the official use, the steps are as follows:
1. First, inject HL-20 gear oil into the reducer to the specified level.
2, Add grease with penetration of no less than 265 (25°C,150g) 1/10mm, must be added from the oil inlet place.
3, when the motor is started, pay attention to the turning of the grease scraper, counter clockwise rotation from the top down is right, forbidden reverse.
4, after the motor is started, should observe if appear freezing phenomenon, unnormal sound and the oil out place supply grease or not. Motor should be immediately turned off under abnormal condition and check if there is dirt in the grease and pump.
5, adjust the flow rate , each pump is adjusted to the maximum flow in factory, if need reduce the flow rate, can Loosen nut 1 ( Figure 3),at the same time rotate the place 2.
Use
1, Add grease from the oil-in place to full the tank.
2, connect the grease supply pipe with flared fitting.
3,rotate motor, grease will be supplied continuous and quantitative.
Notice
1, the filter on the oil inlet place should be cleaned regularly.
