What is your delivery time?
Delivery time primarily depends on the volume you require. Typically, for a full 40FT container, it takes around 1 month. For stocked items, we can expedite shipping within 5 days.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are a 30% deposit with the balance due against the Bill of Lading. We also accept L/C. Shipping terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF, based on your preference.
How do you guarantee the quality of my goods?
We conduct 100% PMI testing and precise measurements on all materials before shipping. Third-party inspections are welcome, and we provide EN10204.3.1B Mill test certificates for all materials.
