What is your delivery time?
The delivery time primarily depends on the order volume. Typically, for a 40FT container, the delivery timeframe is around 1 month. If the items are in stock, we can expedite the shipment within 5 days.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are a 30% deposit with the balance payable against the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept Letters of Credit (L/C). Our shipping terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF, depending on your preference.
How can you guarantee the quality of my goods?
We ensure that all materials undergo 100% Positive Material Identification (PMI) testing and measurement prior to shipping. Additionally, we welcome third-party inspections and provide EN10204.3.1B Mill Test Certificates for all materials.
