During the initial stage, raw paper is delicately handled and placed onto a cutting machine, precisely cut to the requisite dimensions, and then carefully transferred onto a resilient plastic pallet. For advanced printing equipment designed with seamless paper replacement capabilities, ribbed plastic pallets are typically employed to secure the paper, ensuring stability and order. For other types of printing equipment, sleek flat pallets can be effectively utilized to suit the process requirements.

3. Printing (Uninterrupted Paper Feed)
Enter the sophisticated world of printing, where the precision-fed cut paper glides into the paper feed platform of the printing machine, initiating the printing journey. As one pallet nears its end, an ingenious insertion pole, provided with the machine, gracefully slips into the pallet groove, lifting the paper with ease. The plastic pallet descends, making way for removal via a lifting platform, before the second pallet ascends to take its place. The pole is then deftly withdrawn, allowing the remaining paper from the initial pallet to rest seamlessly on the second pallet. This refined cycle perpetuates an uninterrupted paper feed, ensuring flawless printing performance.
