Vertical mold car:
We have two types mold cars : One is to produce sandwish wall panel,with calsium silicate board.
The other one is double functional, which can produce sandwish wall panel and solid wall panel. Its advantages is bigger productions capacity. Like wall panel with 610*2440*100mm thickness, it can produce 36 sheets per mold car.
the main Mixer and second mixer:
Measuring materials. Weighing system uses the gravity center of the pressure sensor structure measuring scale design, measuring scale adopts anti vibration and abrasion-proof, the accuracy of measurement is always guaranteed in construction process. We adopt double-shaft mixer, which has compact structure, beautiful appearance, stable running, convenient operation, high production efficiency.

For this customers, they chose to have 4 sets mold cars at beginning, and this year after their market is larger, they order more molds cars from us. So dear, this project is very flexible.
