Thickness: 100my or 145my as Standard , 3 Layer or 4 Layer with Nylon
Square Bags, Tubing, Shrouds , 3D Bags.
Sizes: all sizes or any other customized sizes.... from 2'x 3 ' to 30' x 30'
Standard Print or Customized print (one color or two colors)
Packing: 100pcs/pack, in Shielding Bag then packed in cartons.
Material Structure: PET/AL/CPE or PET/AL/NY/CPE.
The appearance is silver white color, non-transparent and glossy.
Standard Thickness: 96my, 140my, or other customized thicknesses, with one or two color print.
MBB Film Rolls available in custom width & Length, MBB Tubing in customized sizes available.
Function:
Making Moisture protection, anti-static and anti-electromagnetic interference,
With excellent characteristics such as high barrier, heat sealing, light shielding, high or low temperature resistance etc.
The surface resistance is 10e7 to 10e11 ohms.
Application:
For packing the products with requirements of anti-static, moisture barrier/protection, light shielding or vacuum packing, such as various circuit boards, electronic products, precision machinery components or equipments, chemical materials, industrial products and so on. For example, PC Boards, IC integrated circuits, electronic parts and components, various LED SMTs, precision hardware, auto parts, etc.
Customers' Requirements:
Making the water vapor and oxygen penetration rates reach different standards with different formulas or processes;
Making the surface resistance up to 10e5 - 10e11 ohms with different processes or formulas;
Making products free of some chemical substances such as amide, silicon oil, chloride ion, dust particle, etc. with different process or formula, so as to make them meet more demands of customers;
Open top/Flat Moisture Barrier Bags, Zip Top (reclosable MBB bags / zipper MBB bags), Gusset MBB Bags, and 3D Square MBB Bags, mixed material structure bags, irregular shape bags and other special MBB Bags.
Custom-made: available to manufacture bags with different specifications, thicknesses and styles and print texts, patterns and trademarks on the bags on the basis of no infringements upon others' intellectual property rights.
