A: T/T in advance 30% as deposit, and finish 70% balance payment before delivery. We will show you the photos of the products and before you pay the balance.

A: Generally, it will take 4 to 4 weeks after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of the order.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in wooden lattice case or plywood case. And if you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A: There are two options.
* We could appoint our engineer to your company to debug and repair, as if the cost of this trip such as ticket, visa,
accommodation and labor cost will be on your side.
* Online service will be provided. If still under guarantee period, the necessary and parts will be provided free, but the
transportation cost of it shall be on your side.
