TWZ/TPW pumps are non-self-priming, single-stage, cantilever monoblock centrifugal volute pumps with axial inlet port, radial outlet port and horizontal shaft on the base. They are available in PN16 and PN25 body pressure versions. The pumps are fitted with air-cooled asynchronous motors. The impeller and motor shaft are connected via a rigid sleeve coupling (stub shaft), or an extended motor shaft. The pumps are fitted with a mechanical shaft seal. The pumps are of the back-pull-out design, that is you can remove the motor, motor stool, and impeller without disturbing the pump housing or pipes.
To achieve world-class quality, the pump body, and impeller are mechanically molded with coated sand, machined with a four-axis CNC machining center, and finished with electrophoresis. The big pump offers a push-pull base for easy maintenance besides the standard base
