1) 7 years spare parts production experience.
Most die casting(aluminum) parts and plastic parts are made by our own production line, assure the parts quality control.
2) Main engineers used to work in previous BRP Chinese subsidiary plant, we learn from BRP technology,
compared with other Chinese outboard motor,our outboards are more quiet;
3) Same surface treatment standard process with BRP Johnson technology.
We have a special surface pretreatment production line, passivated surface made the parts & engine more
durable, anti corrosion;
4) Fuel-efficient lower fuel consumption---The Electric parts / Intake valve/ Carburetor(now use TK
carburetor) all use high quality suppliers(Taiwan and Japan parts), oil consumption of 30hp is 11.5L/h,
15hp 7.3L/h now
5) The most important parts of the engine like cylinder head gasket, crank, bearing, drive shaft,
pinon, gear1,gear2 is all Taiwan brand parts.
Our carburator is TK carburator, Japanese brand.
