The FRP Pultrusion production method epitomizes state-of-the-art continuous manufacturing, expertly crafting fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of limitless length and uniform cross-section. This sophisticated process utilizes reinforcement fibers such as roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, or other variants. These fibers are meticulously saturated with a polymer matrix composed of resin, minerals, pigments, and various additives, and then expertly guided through a pre-forming station. This critical step orchestrates the stratification needed to imbue the profile with its desired properties. Following pre-forming, the resin-infused fibers are meticulously drawn through a heated die, catalyzing the polymerization of the resin, and culminating in a product of exceptional durability and quality.

2. What's FRP?
Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid, or basalt. Rarely, other fibres such as paper or wood or asbestos have been used. The polymer is usually an epoxy, vinylester or polyester thermosetting plastic, and formaldehyde resins are still in use. FRP are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, construction industries and ballistic armor.
If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
