Introduction
Mflam MB AMH-01S is a flame retardant especially designed for polyolefin, with phosphorus, bromine and nitrogen as the main flame retardant elements. It has high flame retardant efficiency, add 2%-3% in homo poly PP (add 5%-6% in co-polymer PP ), to achieve UL94 V2. Good thermal stability, no immigration, excellent water resistance, good aging resistance and low smoke non-toxicity, no heavy metal, will not influence the transparent color of PP.

Remarks:
- The process temperature of Mflam MB AMH-01S is recommended under 230 °C, so the processing temperature of the twin-screw can be adjusted according to the specific conditions to enhance the dispersion and enhance the plasticization effect. A certain degree of hollowness must be maintained during the twin-screw extrusion process.
- When add Mflam MB AMH-01S in PP, it is not suggested to use Strong shear screw combination.
