The principle of Ejector drill head chip removal is to press the pressure cutting fluid from the outside of the cutting tool into the cutting area and use the jet suction method for internal chip removal. The arrangement of jet suction drill teeth is beneficial for chip separation. Cutting fluid flows into the connecting sleeve from the inlet, and one-third of it is sprayed from the crescent shaped nozzles around the inner tube
Ejector drill head
Internal tube. Due to the narrow alveolar gap, the jet effect generated by the cutting fluid can create a negative pressure zone inside the inner tube. The other two-thirds of the cutting fluid flows into the cutting area between the inner and outer pipes, and together with the chips, they are sucked into the inner pipe by negative pressure and quickly discharged backwards, enhancing the chip removal effect.
