FAQ
1. Why the automatic soap dispenser can't make the liquid out? Is it broken?
A: Each dispenser is tested well before packing, so the dispenser is not broken.
Before adding the liquid into the automatic soap dispenser, please add some water into the dispenser to filter the inside air firstly.
Second, mix a bit water into the lotion.
Do care the installation height and location: Do not install it too close to the white/s.s basin(at least 30cm height)
2. The hand dryer doesn't work after a while.
A: Please firstly check if the voltage is stable, the plug is connected to the hand dryer.
Cool down it for several minutes, then turn on the power to try it again.(If it works continuely for a minute, if the temperature is too high, the hand dryer will stop working itself till the temperature is down)
If it still doesn't work, kindly adjust the sensor distance and have a try.
Generally, it will be the second reason.
3. The liquid out and have a leakage.
A: Please kindly check if the liquid is added too much over the liquid line. And check if the catridge is loosing.
