1) Tell us your idea and we will develop the new products for you, and will improve the function of the current product, we have the strong ability on this and doing the same in our domestic market.
2) Customization(OEM) for our main products is accepted -- Our factory has a Qualified Design team. They can design according to your drawing or pictures, and produce the sample for your checking before you order. Please kindly contact our sales staff for a quotation.
3) If you find any spare parts missing or damaged when unpackaged, we will deliver the new parts with your coming containers or orders.
4) To check the quality of products, you are welcome to visit our factory showroom to check the quality before ordering. Before loading, you can also send QC to check the goods. Or we will check the goods and send photos for your reference.
5) You can order our products together by combining our all-products series, and don't hesitate to contact us for any further information.
6) Lead time: Within 45 days for 1*40HQ after receiving the deposit. If we have stock and your order quantity is small, we can send it to you right away.
7) For damaged and missing items, we will send replacements after getting related details, such as photos or videos.
8) A sample is available for customers to check the quality. Pay the sample fee, which is refundable after orders.
