Introduction:
High strength / high wear resistance material selection, high precision parts processing, advanced shell design
concept, creating high load capacity, impact resistance, low noise, long life quality products, able to work in
harsh industrial environments. Configuration is divided into ordinary tooth screw electric putter (working system
for 30%) and ball screw electric putter (working system 60%), the specific use of the conditions need to confirm
both sides.
The electric push rod drive can be equipped with DC motor 12/24/36 / 48V, single phase / three phase AC
motor 220 / 380V, stepper motor, servo motor, explosion-proof motor, gear motor.
According to the self-locking coefficient, to determine the self-locking performance, can achieve absolute
synchronization drive multiple putts, configure the encoder can achieve multi-point precision positioning
(position accuracy 0.1mm, different configuration, different accuracy), many accessories, suitable for a variety
of special occasion.
Working environment temperature: 5 ºC - 40 ºC, for -40 ºC - +70 ºC, consulting business engineers.
Protection class: IP54, IP55, (IP56, IP65, IP66), Insulation class: F grade (H grade) Contains long life grease,
maintenance-free, large putter need appropriate grease.
