Arc-Air Gouging Copper Coated Carbon Electrode. The carbon electrode for carbon arc gas planning is an electrical Pole used in the carbon arc gas planning. The electrical arc can be produced between electrodes and metal objects as electrical Pole and metal objects form electrical loop. The heat produced by the electrical arc melts metal and compressed air blows away melt metal residues around the carbon electrode. The technology of using this method to cut metal or make slots on metal or remove redundant metal parts is called carbon arc gas planning.
The carbon electrode is mainly used in steel, iron, brass, hard alloy, stainless steel, and other metals to slot, plan welding lines, remove redundant metal parts, cut, make holes, fill the welding line defects, and so on.

Introduction for Use :
1. Carbon rods must be kept dry and can only be used when they are damp.
2. When used in DC power supply, the carbon rod is connected to the positive pole of the power supply and the negative pole is connected to the working.
3. The pressure of compressed air is kept at 0.5-1.6mpa
4. The arc distance between the carbon rod and the workpiece is about 3 mm, and the carbon rod exposed to the fixture is about 100 mm
5. The carbon rod and the workpiece form an included angle of 45 ° and planed along the tangent (or straight line) direction.
6. Carbon rods must be well ventilated when used. Operate according to the working current.
