Application Scope:
Vacuum pressure impregnation plant for electromagnetic compatibility is mainly applied to the vacuum pressure impregnation treatment of electrical products such as: product with electromagnetic compatibility, dry type electric reactor, dry type transformer with H class insulation, etc.
Under the effect of vacuum pressure impregnation, the product is dehydrated and degassed in the vacuum stage to reduce the impact of water and air on insulation. And in the pressure impregnation stage, the inner insulation structure is permeated by insulating varnish to upgrade insulation and to improve electrical performance.
