The total order price is determined by adding together the price of the products ordered and the cost of shipping. Sichuan Baichuan Technology Co., Ltd. employs a volume pricing structure that reduces the per-unit price with increased order quantities. Each sample product is priced individually. Shipping costs are calculated when an order is placed and are based on the product model, quantity ordered, destination, and selected shipping method. Sichuan Baichuan Co. Ltd. is always willing to coordinate and cooperate as much as possible to satisfy specific customer requirements and needs. Large quantity order prices are negotiable.
Ordering Process
1. Product Selection and Specification: The customer selects the desired product and, if applicable, provides a detailed outline of any specific requirements. For example: branding, dimensions, specifications, etc.
2. Order Review: Baichuan reviews the customer's specified requirements and provides sample materials and a quote to be reviewed by the customer.
3. Order Confirmation: Once a satisfactory comprehensive review of all materials is completed, the customer then notifies Baichuan and an order is placed.
4. Order Processing: Upon receipt of payment and order confirmation by Baichuan, the product is manufactured and securely packaged for shipping.
5. Shipping: The order is handed over to the shipping carrier, a tracking number is provided to the customer, and the order is shipped.
6. Delivery: The order is delivered to the customer's specified address and delivery confirmation is sent to the customer.
7. Post-Delivery: The customer inspects the received order and if there are any issues (damaged items, incorrect products, etc.) the customer contacts Baichuan.
Shipping Process
1. Packaging: After a final quality inspection is performed, the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. This may include adding protective materials like bubble wrap or packing peanuts.
2. Pickup: The shipment is labeled order is handed over to the chosen shipping carrier such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, EMS, or TNT.
3. Tracking: Throughout the transit process, the shipment's progress is tracked and updated. The tracking number allows both Baichuan and the recipient to monitor the shipment's status online.
4. Delivery: The shipping carrier delivers the shipment to the specified address and a delivery confirmation is sent to the customer.
