Q:Does your handcycle fit all wheelchair?
A:Our handcycle fit almost all normal wheelchair, it can attach the wheelchair tube with dimension between 22mm~32mm.
Q:Can you send me manual or video?
A:Yes, we will send manual together with package, and you can find video on youtube, just write "cnebikes" to search.
Q:Is there anyway to limit the speed less than 12km/h?
A:Yes,you can set the limited speed on display.
Q:What is the warranty:
A:Our new items have 2 years warranty. Warranty is invalid for natural wearing or any damage due to wrong operation.
Q:Is the lithium battery rechargeable? If so, do I need to purchase a separate battery charger?
A:Yes,It is. You needn't purchase a separate battery charger, it will be sent to you with the battery together
