Product Description
Application: It is suitable for maintenance of power facilities higher than 110KV with deeply deteriorated transformer oil, insulation oil, and the insulation oil need recovery of PH value and solute water level or recovery of color. Generally it is used for vacuum processing of transformer oil, new oil, imported oil, mutual conductor oil, and capacitor oil of power transmission system or refrigerator oil ect. . Also, it can be used for vacuum filling and drying of transformer.

Advantages:1.High extraction rate double stage vacuuming system, it is able to utmost enhance the vacuum environment of internal vacuum tank so as to reach high vacuum, the ultimate vacuum≤5Pa,working vacuum≤35Pa,which make the oil temperature stable in processing to meet the requirement of onsite maintenance of transformer for vacuuming and reduce processing time. 2. After one cycle of processing, the break down voltage can increase 50KV, avoid ageing of oil resulted from repeatedly heating of common purifier. 3. Double stage vacuum separation system and vacuum boosting technology make this type of vacuum separator have higher vacuum degree, which is able to rapidly and reliably remove moisture, gas, oil sludge etc impurity from oil, and reduce dielectric loss, restore PH and water content level, highly enhance flash point and dielectric strength of oil. 4. Special decoloring regeneration system, polymer adsorption material utilized to neutralize acid substance of oil, using micropore to retain the free carbon and small jelly to change the oil color, remove dark color of ageing transformer oil and make it similar to new oil color. 5. Flexible chemical discharging device designed, time less, swift, and consumption low. Decoloring under vacuum is able to highly reduce processing costs, waste residue is harmless. 6. Humanized design, highly automatic, simple operation system and advanced safety system to fully ensure the convenience and safety during operation, it is able to long term online working. 7. Dual-function machine, it is either a purifier, or a vacuum creator, it can be used for vacuum filling of power insulation facilities, reducing transformer maintenance time, improving quality of all sorts of imported oil, new oil.
