    Wood chip, sawdust, broken wood, straw, fruit shell, etc. have high water content, direct combustion, low thermal efficiency, incomplete combustion, and gasification of the water to take away a large amount of high-temperature heat energy, resulting in a large amount of smoke, increasing the cost of environmental protection and dust removal. The international general biomass utilization method is: biomass raw materials are crushed, dried, dehydrated, de-ashed, and formed under high pressure. The moisture content reaches 12-15%, the calorific value is 4000-4800kcal/kg, and the ash content is ≤1%. Fuel, saving transportation costs, efficient use, biomass pellet fuel production equipment is the main mechanical equipment.

Working Principle

    The pellet machine uses the die roll extrusion principle, the agriculture residues biomass raw materials processed into solid molding fuel, this will realize to continuous and stable production of industrialization. The processing route uses one-time drying, secondary crushing, continuous feeding, and adjust feeding mixed process combining, the Particle shaping fuel rate of 98%, bulk density, and particle density is high.

1. Crushing section
