1. Synopsis of the Equipment
This equipment is for measuring the calories of Air-con. It also measures various kinds of data including pressure and electric properties of the Air-con. And it consists of compartments (2 chambers), control temp. Air spaces (2 rooms), air handling unit, chillers, power panel, computer system and so on.
The control air space can work as a psychrometric test room as well. An additional air flow measurement apparatus locates in the indoor side of it.
The two test function can be conduct at the same time when the condition of calorimeter chamber is same.
2. Standard and Regulation
In accordance with your enterprise standard.
General standards: ISO5151-2010, TIS 1155-2536.
If there is no current regulation, construction standards and special instructions, we will design according to the ISO5151-2010.
(All the test data and equipment and apparatuses only are in accordance with the relative tests in the above standard)
Installation: As per National Construction Regulations related to HVAC.
3. Test methods
Room type Calorimeter Method: Using the adiabatic rooms as calorimeter, to evaluate the capacity of the UUT by measuring the energy (electrical heat capacity or cooling capacity from a cooler) needed at rated working condition.
The method can be performed both in inside and outside rooms of the calorimeter at the same time. The test result of the inside test is considered as standard rating, and the outside test can be regards as the proof experiment.
Psychrometric method: The test conducts in the control ambient air space, it evaluating the capacity if UUT by measuring the entering and leaving air enthalpy difference and the air mass flow through the UUT indoor unit.
