Characteristics
ER50-6(ER70S-6) welding wire is certified by ISO9001, approved by CCS, ABS, GL/DNV, BV, LR, NK, KR. It is copper coated solid wire with high level of manganese and silicon, shielded by MIG, MAG(75% Ar / 25% CO2) and 100% CO2 with all position welding, DC +.
The high level of deoxidizers in ER50-6(ER70S-6) provide strong resistance to mill scales and rusts on the base metal. Low fume, low spatter, excellent wetting action and highly fluid weld puddle. Low blowhole sensitivity, the weld metal shows good temperature impact toughness.

Welding Instructions
Flow quantity of shielding gas should be 25 L/min. approximately.
Use wind screen against wind.
Keep distance between the tip and base metal 6-15mm for less than 250A and 15-25mm for more than 250A of welding current.
