Horizontal Shaft Rough Grinding:
This series of machine tools adopts a movable grinding head structure, special designed for heavy duty grinding, which uses the periphery of the grinding wheel to grind the surface of the workpiece. 1. The overall casting of the bed ensures good rigidity and stable and reliable operation.
2. The longitudinal movement of the workbench is hydraulically driven, with stepless speed regulation.
3. The horizontal guide rail of the carriage adopts a steel guide rail structure, with good wear resistance and stable accuracy.
4. The grinding wheel spindle is driven by an external low vibration motor and operates smoothly.
Continuous automatic lubrication is used for the bed and workbench rails, and inching lubrication is used for the columns, carriage, and grinding head rails to effectively prevent oil loss and strain of the rails.

Q3. What is your minimum order quantity and warranty?
A3: MOQ is one set, and warranty is one year. but we will offer lifetime service for machine.
Q4: How to ensure the quality?
A4: 1.Firstly we choose best material for the processing.
2.Being and after processing, we will inspect the finished parts.
3.Machine finished, our company QC will test the machine as per customer requests.
Q5: How do we get the training for the machines?
A5: You can send your people to our factory and we will offer training free of charge, or we can send our engineer to your place.
Q6. What is your trade terms?
A6: FOB, CFR, CIF or others terms are all acceptable.
Q7. What is the payment Terms ?
A7: T/T, 30% initial payment when order ,70% balance payment before shipment; Irrevocable LC at sight. When we receive the advance payment, we will start to make production. When the machine is ready , we will take pictures to you after we got your balance payment. we will send the machine to you.
Q8. What is the package of the machines?
A8: The machines standard packed by iron pallets or Fumigated wood with plywood films.
Q9.When is the delivery time?
A9: We will delivery then within 15-60 working days after received your deposit. If some special machines will be some longer, we will give you the answer accordingly.
