Custom Manufacturer Movable Column Precision CNC Benchtop Surface GrinderThe machine tool ETD-60150 program control adopts the economic numerical control system, the servo motor is controlled by the small programmable controller, and the vertical and horizontal axis feed automatic control is realized. The central control console can set up and store all the process parameters, monitor the current coordinate, grinding process and fault alarm, and reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency.
The spindle adopts liquid static and static bearing, with good rigidity, high rotation precision and low surface roughness of grinding workpiece.
The guide rail of the worktable and the lateral guideway stickup the polytetrafluoroethylene guideway soft belt, with good wear resistance.
The precision of the precision ball screw for the vertical and lateral feed of the grinding head is high.
The machine has a demagnetization device which is convenient to load and unload the workpiece.
The machine tool has stable movement, stable precision, reliable performance, convenient operation and low noise.
