Product Description
Stator structure has been made for even-thickness wall PCP. Worn-out parts, which is the uneven rubber bushing is designed to be even-thickness rubber bushing(shown below)

Advantages compared to regular PCP:
(1)Less heat accumulation, longer service time.
(2)Due to the even-thickness wall, higher machining precision and stable performance is achieved.
(3)Better deformation-resistance and higher stress on single grade improves pump work performance and raises whole system efficiency.
(4)Pump pressure on single grade is higher than regular pump, which is 40% shorter. Work of same displacement and lifting can be done with less starting torque. It can be applied in worse working condition.
