Cracking Powder, also known as Non-Explosive Demolition Agent, is a safe and cementitious powder. It is composed of calcined calcium, silicon, and aluminum oxides. When combined with water, this EXPANSIVE CEMENT generates an incredibly powerful expansive pressure of 11200 T / m2.
Marble, granite, limestone, plain concrete, reinforced concrete, boulders, and ledge can be fractured silently and without causing vibrations or debris. This method is particularly useful in situations where explosives cannot be used or there are environmental restrictions.
Application:
1. Extracting marble, granite, limestone, and sandstone from quarries; fracturing natural terrain.
2. Fragmenting rocks; accumulation of fallen rocks.
3. Destroying concrete structures, chipping damaged concrete piles, etc.
4. EXPANSIVE MORTAR, a novel demolition technique, can be effectively utilized in construction and civil engineering for the following applications:
