[Application scope and technical characteristics]
ZDY3500L(Q) is an integrated crawler mounted drill rig with high rotation torque and drill capacity. Multi degree of freedom mechanism is designed to achieve wide range of drill inclination/azimuth angle adjustment. The machine is capable to drill multi-layer holes and large angle holes. It can not only be used to drill in seam borehole along the roadway, but also suitable to drill boreholes across the belt conveyor (without remove the conveyor). Thanks for the advanced design concept and stable hydraulic system, ZDY3500L(Q) rig has an outstanding performance drilling gas drainage boreholes, water detection/drainage boreholes, pressure released boreholes and floor/roof large angle boreholes in roadways/tunnels.

1.Gas drainage borehole drilling in Hujiahe Coal Mine, Heilongjiang, China
Coal seam internal borehole drilling, borehole inclination 10°~16°,120 boreholes were drilled, total drilled distance is more than15000m,max drill depth is 170m,drill efficiency reached 100m in 8 hours.
2.Destressing borehole drilling in Binchang Coal Mine, Shaanxi, China
Various boreholes have been drilled which includes horizontal lateral destressing borehole, drivage covering borehole, floor destressing borehole. Max inclination angle is 90°. 159 experiment boreholes were accomplished. Total drilled distance is more than17800m , max drill depth is 161m,drill efficiency reached 1870m in 8 hours.
