Exposed Roof High Elongation PU Polyurethane Liquid Water Proofing Paint Membrane Coating
EXM is a single component, cold-applied, moisture-triggered polyurethane membrane. It cures to form a seamless and durablewaterproofing solution for exposed roof areas, as well as below tiles on balconies and terraces.
AREA OF APPLICATION
For exposed roof and balconies and terraces:
1. Water-proofing of flat and pitched roof structures
2. Treatment of new construction and refurbishment of existing structures
3. Applicable to existing concrete, asphalt, roofing felt, brickwork, asbestos cement decks
(subject to condition and priming requirements)
4. For waterproofing underneath tiles bonded with adhesives on balconies and terraces

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE
9 months (only if correctly stored)
Store in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in dry conditions at temperature between 10°C and 25°C.Protect
from frost. Exposure to higher temperatures will reduce shelf life.
