Product Description
Beipeng rock wool board uses high quality basalt as the main raw material, melts at high temperature, spins into fiber at high speed, and made of advanced three-dimensional production technology by thermal curing. It has the advantages of thermal insulation, Class A fire performance, good hydrophobia, high strength, sound absorption and noise reduction, etc.
Our composite rockwool boards are cement mortar sandwich panel and cement fiber cloth sandwich panel. Compared with rockwool board, our composite rockwool board have more advantages:
1) Short installation period as rock wool sandwich panels do not require secondary processing on site.
2) The fixing method is firm and reasonable as the rock wool roof panel is fixed with special M6 self-tapping screws and purlins, which can effectively resist external forces such as typhoons.
3) Buckle connection method as the rock wool roof panel adopts a buckle connection method, which avoids the hidden danger of water leakage at the joint of the roof panel and saves the amount of accessories.
4) Excellent sound insulation and sound absorption effect.
