1.Application:
Suitable for FEP(also called F46),PFA and ETFE(also called F40) fluorine plastic high-frequency cable and coaxial cable extrusion production.
2. Machine Features:
1) Screw barral: Adopting the new steel No.3 GH113( Same with the American GDA material), which can bear the high temperature and corrosion;
2) Crosshead: Adopting the new steel No.3 GH113 special-purpose automatic crosshead or adjusting crosshead;
3) Heating system: Heat-resistance copper alloy heater;
4) Quality control: Equipped with outside diameter detection feedback device to control product outside diameter adn concentricity etc.
5) Electrical control: Imported Inverter + PLC touch screen control.
