FRP/GRP caged ladders are assembled with FRP/GRP pultrusion profiles. They are produced by a premium grade ployester resin system with the strong points of anti-corrosion, good stability and non-slippery elastomer feet.FRP/GRP caged ladders are mainly to ensure the safety of workers who are working at heights.
Fiber-Reinforced Plastic (FRP) fixed ladders are produced by high temperature polymerization pultrusion process.Standard FRP/GRP fixed ladders can be used up to 20' without safety cages.The FRP/GRP fixed straight ladders are floor, equipment or wall mounted for best fixation and stability.FRP/GRP ladders have excellent chemical and corrosion stability and insulation performance.

Materials of FRP/GRP fixed Ladders
All materials of FRP/GRP fixed straight ladders including side rails and ladder rungs are made of high quality fiberglass material with VE or epoxy reins.
VE reins. Excellent abrasion resistance, good hardness and outstanding corrosion and chemical resistance.
Epoxy rein. Best insulation performance among all rein types. It is ideal for electrical power engineering.
Production of FRP/GRP Fixed Ladders
The fixed straight ladders are composed of pultruded FRP/GRP profiles. The ladder rungs are insert into side rails. And rung to side rail connections are bonded and pinned with a dowel rod to prevent any possibility of rung rotation and pullout.
