Structure of fiberglass winding machine:
The winding machine mainly consists of three parts. One is the spindle system, which is driven by the spindle motor. Different winding machines have different output structures to drive different product core molds. The second is the trolley system, which is driven by the trolley motor along the axis of the bed to make the wire guide head move back and forth in a straight line. The two move simultaneously at a certain speed ratio to complete the winding of fibers on the core mold and meet the technical requirements of the product. The third is the control system, where the microcomputer control system automatically controls the entire production process through parameter settings.
