Application:
1. Standard tire valve
2. Pickup, Semi-truck/bus, heavy-duty vehicles with standard tire pressure range from 50~140psi.
When the LED Cap is installed on the tire valve in normal standard pressure, the LED Cap will memorize the current tire pressure and will start flashing when the tire is 5~9psi below the original pressure by providing a bright noticeable warning lighting for alerting people nearby. The blinking persists until the LED cap is removed from the tire valve. The LED can continue blinking for over 1 full month. The standby mode of the LED Cap is good for two years.
Important Remarks
Use the LED Caps only with tire valves conforming to the world standard of ISO-9413.
The LED Caps are designed to function between temperature ranges of -40 ºC ~+100 ºC (-40 º F~+212 º F). If exposed to lower or higher temperature than these ranges, the warranty is void. However, it should be noted that the batteries will not perform with full efficiency outside their working temperature ranges of -20 º C to +75 º C (-4 º F to +176 º F).
The working range of FS-109BC model is 50~140psi, which covers most mid-duty and heavy-duty trucks and buses.
LED Cap device is water-proof, salt-proof and shock-proof to best resist extreme weather or road condition in different regions.
The use of the Locking Nut to tighten against the LED Cap on the Tire Valve Stem will not only secure it from being stolen but also ensure it won't get loose in long severe driving conditions.
