Composition: Copolymer of methyl a-crylate with a-crylic a-cid and a-crylonitrile
Appearance: yellowish viscous liquid
Content: 20% (can be controlled according to customer requirements)
P H value: 7.0-8.5
This product is environmentally friendly, is a linear plastic polymer, temperature-sensitive.
Application:
This product is used for warp sizing of T/C, polyester/viscose and polyester/acrylic blended fabrics. It can be mixed with a natural and synthetic sizing agent and has good mutual compatibility and strong adhesion to fibers.
Note:
The maximum dosage for towels: water 445KG + starch 25KG + sizing agent 30KG (total 500KG);
The minimum dosage for towels: water 465 KG + starch 25KG + sizing agent 10KG (total 500KG).
The specific process should be adjusted as appropriate according to the test.
Packing and storage:
1, 160L plastic drum packaging.
