Product Description
This furnace is mainly used for bright annealing or spheroidizing heat treatment of metal and alloy coils. It is a kind of periodic heat treatment equipment, which has the characteristics of non-oxidation and energy saving. This furnace is suitable for non-oxidation heating and high-temperature annealing below 950ºC. The airtightness is good, the heating in the pot is even, the temperature is relatively uniform, which greatly saves energy, and the operation is very convenient.
The furnace shell is an ultra-sturdy frame welded by 12# section steel and a qualified thick steel plate. The entire furnace lining is a complete refractory fiber structure. The heating element is wavy, made of high-temperature resistant chromium iron alloy (0Cr25Al5), and fixed by special ceramic screws.
The furnace pot is made of 10mm thick No. 321 stainless steel through rolling and corrugated welding. The strength of the steel pot after corrugation is increased by more than 30%.
