Device Description
Technical parameters: 5ºC→65ºC (homogeneous)→85~95ºC (15S)→5ºC The unit can be connected to separator, homogenizer, flasher, degasser, etc.
This machine is used as a pasteurizer (widely used in fresh milk, milk beverages, fruit juice, tea, wine, ice cream, etc.), and it can also pre-sterilize materials
when producing pasteurized milk (longevity milk). The machine has the characteristics of high heat recovery rate, low energy cost, rigorous structural design,
convenient operation and simple maintenance.

UHT sterilizer

5ºC→65ºC(homogenizer)→137ºC(3-5S)→20ºC-25ºC. This UHT system adopts ultra high heat treatment to sterilize the liquid dairy products, tea drink and juice
for the the aseptic filling production; the sterilize temperature is 137ºC holding for 3~5S,by this procedure to remain the nature nutrition and flavor of the milk and juice;
This machine has the following characteristics: high heat reuse efficiency, tight structure design fine looking and temperature control well etc; discharge temperature
of this machine can be self controlled so it is available for the hot filling procedure and meanwhile for aseptic cold filling;
The sterilization temperature and holding time is customized.
