2. Features
1. It can automatically complete the production process of feeding, extruding, trimming and outputting.
2. It is easy and quick to change the diameter, length and shape of the candle head.
3. Simultaneous extrusion of the wick and the candle can control the tightness of the wick to ensure the burning time
and burning stability of the candle.

5. Adopting plunger hydraulic system, PLC command programming reciprocating automatic operation, frequency
conversion regulation and trimming, the overall equipment operation is stable and reliable.
3. Working principle
The extruder squeezes wax powder in a batch mode. The piston extrudes the wax powder into a wax strip (with a wick).
When the piston returns, the wax powder is injected and the piston presses again to make the wax strip. The wax strip is
cut into a wax rod of the required length by a cutting wheel.
