The hardened steel bushing is the standard bushing for earth moving machines. Thanks to a low friction coefficient, they are commonly used to protect housing from premature wear due to the friction with a pin.
Thanks to the use of a special steel with controlled chemistry yoke, our bushings guarantee a high performance (the standard for the case hardness depth- CHD- of the end product after the grinding is 0.8-1.0 mm and the hardness- HRC- is 58-62). Our bushings are high-performance and long-lasting as a result of the best choice of raw materials and heat treatments.
