No, this drilling machine is designed exclusively for drilling holes.
2. Is the spacing of the machine adjustable?
Yes, the machine's spacing can be adjusted to accommodate different usage requirements.
3. Is the cutting tool prone to breaking?
No, the cutting tool is durable and not easily broken if operated correctly.
4: If we need a non-standard machine, what information should we provide?
Please provide the following information:
1: Detailed drawings of your product.
2: Samples of your product.
3: The product's height, width, and thickness.
4: The maximum and minimum range of the holes.
5: The material's thickness, width, and the number of drilling and tapping holes required.
5: Can the non-standard machines perform both tapping and drilling?
Yes, they can.
6. Payment Terms
Upon signing the contract, a 40% deposit is required to activate the contract.
7. Production Arrangement
Mass production will commence upon receipt of the deposit. Typically, CNC milling machines are completed within 20 days, while automatic drilling and tapping machines are finished within 15 days.
8. Packaging
We recommend wooden box packing to prevent damage during transportation.
9. Acceptance Check
Upon receiving the goods, please inspect them carefully: Check for packing damage, leaks, or any product damage; verify that the product quantity and accessories match your requirements; and ensure all machine details are correct. If you encounter any issues, please take pictures and contact us immediately.
10. Warranty Period
We offer a one-year warranty. During the first year, we will provide machine components free of charge if they are not intentionally damaged. We also offer lifetime maintenance. After the warranty period, customers will be responsible for the cost of components and shipping fees.
We offer on-site debugging and training for customers, with the customer covering the expenses. This includes air tickets between China and the buyer's location, as well as accommodation and meals.
The 12-month warranty begins on the day the machine arrives. If it malfunctions during this period, we will send engineers to your factory within 24 hours of receiving your notice. We continue to support maintenance even after the warranty expires. Each CNC machine comes with English instructions, including a maintenance manual and an operation manual.
11. OEM Service
We accept purchase orders with customers' brands or trademarks.
