A2: Yes, sample fee will be charged and it could be refunded once the formal order is confirmed.

A3: Usually it takes 3-7 days. For customized samples with new moulds it may takes 30 days.
Q4: What's the lead time for mass production?
A4: Usually it takes 30-45 days upon order confirmation.

A5: The MOQ for each item is based on the quantity loaded with 1×40HQ container. Usually it may be 300-600pcs according to the packaging volume.
