1- Structure: AZ series pulp pump is a centrifugal pump of horizontal, single stage, single suction, cantilever design. The pump cover is fixed on the frame and is clamped tightly by pump casing and frame.

2- Application: Chemical industry, pulp and paper, sugar industry, metallurgy, fertilizer, salt mining industry, environment protection

3- Usage: These pumps are disgned to transfer the pulp below 8% density, fibers less than 50mm and other liquid with the solid content below 30%, conform to ISO5199 standard.

4- Material: Wetted parts comply to ASTM standard, others as follows, Cast stainless steel, Cast titanium, Cast nickel

5- Standard conditions at site: Relative humidity during continuous operation max. 90%
                                                 Ambient temperature max. 40ºC, min.4ºC
                                                 Permissible altitude up to 1000m above sea level

6- Outlet pressure: The pump outlet pressure at the outlet nozzle depends on: The pump inlet pressure, The maxmium total head of the selected impeller diameter.

7- Pressure and temperature limitations: The maxmium casing operating pressure pall wc of the casing and the casing cover depends on the operating temperature.
