HZW chemical axial flow pump is horizontal single suction, single stage, cantilever type of pump, centerline mounted, 7000mm diameter and below is back drawing type which conforms to ISO5199.

Hydrostatic pressure test:
Hydrostatic pressure test based on clean water at ambient temperature,test pressure is 1.5 times on design pressure.
Performance test:
Measurement according to ISO9906,accuracy class∥,acceptance class2B.
NPSH test:
According to ISO5199 standard.
Vibration test:
According to ISO5199,vibration lightness level is controlled at class A.
Temperature test:
Test the temperature rise of bearing,and keep records.
Raw material inspect:
Spare and casting parts inspection,to ensure the reliability of the whole machinery.
